Plus HST/PST and required disbursements

All real estate lawyer legal fees plus hst/pst
Communications with your Ontario real estate lawyer and real-estate clerks
Preparation and review of deed
Preparation and registration for discharge of one mortgage from a bank/credit-union lender (major Canadian bank or credit union)
Review of municipal tax certificate
Administrative and office disbursements
Software transaction fees if any (ie. Unity)
Any other costs and disbursements that are not permitted Law Society of Ontario ‘additional’ disbursements

Not Included:
Law Society Levy
Teranet fees
Required municipal/provincial government search fees
Third party conveyance title and other search or closing fees permitted by Law Society
Postage and courier fees as may be required
PST/HST on all legal fees and disbursements
